She arrived with her husband, King Felipe VI of Spain, dressed in a bubblegum skirt suit that incorporated the current barbiecore fashion trend in a classic, chic manner. The queen completed her look with a coordinating clutch, sling-back heels, and a dramatic disc-shaped fascinator.

UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s wife and Infosys group heiress Akshata Murthy made heads turn in a lovely powder blue satin dress that had puffed half sleeves and a belt cinched at the waist. She paired it with a black fascinator and black pump heels.
