Uri: The Surgical Strike starring Vicky Kaushal is all set to release once again on Kargil Vijay Diwas. The movie was a grand success at the box office when it had released in January 2019.
The film is about the Indian Army’s surgical strike on the terror launch pads in Pakistan in response to the attacks in Uri in Kashmir that claimed the life of 17 army men.
The movie is releasing on 26th july and is an initiative by the honourable Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and will be released in about 500 locations across Maharashtra.
The director said the team is hoping the film will inspire people to join armed forces. He also added, “I am deeply honoured that ‘Uri…’ is becoming a part of the Kargil Vijay Diwas celebrations on 26th July. I truly hope ‘Uri…’ keeps motivating each and every Indian for generations to join hands in serving our nation to the best of their ability.”
