Now even Amitabh Bachchan has jumped on the bandwagon and registered a duplex in the same project as Sunny Leone and Aanand L Rai. His duplex is worth INR 31 crores with per square foot cost of the property said to be approximately Rs. 60,000.
Bachchan has paid a stamp duty of INR 62 lacks and the house comes with six car parking spaces and is situated on the 27th and 28th floor.
