Rohit Shetty, renowned filmmaker, discusses the behind-the-scenes realities of the blockbuster movie Singham, that featured Ajay Devgn, giving insight on the project’s extraordinary rate of execution.
Shetty claimed in a recent interview with Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa that the film Singham, which was released in 2011, was finished in a remarkable four and a half months.
The director attributed his team’s rapid success to their unrelenting devotion, which included rigorous 20-hour workdays.
Rohit Shetty further mentioned that after Golmaal 3, they were ready for Chennai Express and Bol Bachchan.
However, he felt as if he was deceiving them (the audience) by making back-to-back comedy pictures and wanted to try something new.
Shetty is preparing to unleash the third chapter of the franchise, named Singham Again.
The film’s ensemble cast includes Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ajay Devgn, Arjun Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, and Jackie Shroff.
It is produced by Rohit Shetty, Jyoti Deshpande, and Ajay Devgn under the names of Reliance Entertainment, Rohit Shetty Picturez, Jio Studios, and Ajay Devgn Films.
It is set to enter theaters on August 15, 2024.
