The first look from Saif Ali Khan’s forthcoming action thriller Vikram Vedha has been unveiled. Fans praised the actor’s strong and rugged style in jeans, a t-shirt, and sunglasses, which he wears as a police officer in the film.
Hrithik Roshan, who stunned fans with his debut appearance as Vedha a few weeks ago, shared Saif’s new look on his social media sites. In Vikram Vedha, a Hindi version of the Tamil film of the same name, Hrithik plays gangster Vedha, while Saif plays police officer Vikram.
As he unveiled the new look on Thursday, Hrithik lauded Saif as “one of the finest actors” and expressed his excitement to begin filming. He said, “Working with one of the finest actors and a colleague I have admired for years is going to be an experience I’m going to cherish. Can’t wait!”
On social media, fans have been praising Saif’s new appearance. One person wrote, “Solid” while another exclaimed, “Damn.” As one Twitter user put it, “So excited to see you both on screen, two of the COOLEST (in terms of the nature of the roles you both did before too) actors whom I grew up watching, together? Well, h**l yeah!”
Saif has previously spoken about working on the film alongside Hrithik Roshan, which will be their first collaboration in over two decades. They last appeared together in the 2002 film Naa Tum Jaano Na Hum.
The film Vikram Vedha, which also stars Radhika Apte and Rohit Saraf in major roles, will be released in theatres on September 30.
