Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani are thoroughly enjoying the early stages of their marriage. On Thursday, the duo not only offered prayers at the Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati, but also took part in an interactive session with Assam’s film fraternity, which was organized by Assam State Film (Finance & Development) Corporation Ltd.
While the chat was primarily about the film industry, Rakul and Jackky did not fail to have some nice PDA moments.
Rakul quickly praised her spouse when Jackky mentioned that he had a “dry sense of humour.” “In fact, the first thing I liked in him was his sense of humour,” Rakul went on to say.
On February 21, the couple married in an intimate ceremony in Goa. They held two rituals based on Sikh and Sindhi customs. On their wedding day, both chose designer Tarun Tahiliani’s bridal clothes. Rakul donned a pink peach lehenga with big diamonds to the wedding. Jackky sported an ivory chikankari sherwani with the exquisite ‘chinar’ design.
