What is Quiet Firing?

When management arranges less-than-ideal working conditions to force an underperforming employee to resign, this is known as quiet termination. These strategies include, for instance, delaying promotions and severing staff ties. This idea is a contentious, non-confrontational means of persuading workers to quit their jobs, but it is not a recommended strategy because of its numerous drawbacks. Another name for this technique is “silent firing.” This approach is the reverse of silent resignation and is a sign of bad management and unfavorable work environments. One tactic to enforce staff attrition and turnover is quiet termination.
